Mr. Isaya Gibson Matambo, LL.B (Hons.) UDSM, MBA –Corporate Management (Mzumbe University, Dsm Campus).

Mr. Matambo a Holder of an LL.B Degree (Hons.) from the University of Dar es salaam (2001) and a Master of Business Administration in Corporate Management (2011) from Mzumbe University , Dar es Salaam Campus. Mr. Matambo is also a reputable legal practitioner (Advocate) with specialties in Corporate law, Corporate Governance and Compliance, Law of contracts and Contractual negotiations, Insurance laws, Real estate and conveyance Laws, Intellectual property laws, Tax Laws, Procurement Law, Mining laws, Labour Laws, Mediation and Arbitration, Criminal Law, Immigration Laws, Land Law and investment procedures.

Mr. Matambo is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania since 2004 and has a remarkable knowledge and experience in Civil and Criminal litigations. Mr. Matambo has also knowledge and experience in Commercial cases litigation at Commercial Court, labour laws, procedures and defenses after taking part in defending and /or prosecuting labour cases for over Five years at CMA and High Court of Tanzania Labour Division and The Court of Appeal of Tanzania.

Mr. Matambo has sufficient knowledge and experience in intellectual property laws and enforcement upon working with Multichoice Africa in the capacity as Anti Piracy Manager for East Africa and later for Tanzania where he attended a number of training and workshops in Dar es Salaam, Zanzibar, Nairobi Kenya and Johannesburg South Africa organized by regulatory Authorities and stakeholders including Multichoice Africa, TCRA, COSOTA, Zanzibar Broadcasting Commission and COSOZA. Prior to that Mr. Matambo had worked with Nyange, Ringia & Company Advocates as legal Counsel, Sekaboyi & Company Advocates and RM-Attorneys as Senior Legal Counsel and partner, thus he has sufficient expertise and experience in legal drafting, Legal Researches and litigations in different Courts of law both in Dar es Salaam and up country regions. He attends to clients needs from both legal and business perspective focused at providing efficient, specialized and accurate services within the existing legal framework, national and International. He has remarkable knowledge.
